Cancellation policy

Guest cancellation:

More than 30 days before arrival – refund of all monies paid minus a £50 administration fee

• 30–8 days before arrival – the 25% deposit will be retained; any additional balance paid will be refunded

• 7 days or less before arrival – no refund

Failure to arrive (no-show) will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be due.

If the property is successfully re-let for the same dates, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

We strongly recommend guests obtain suitable travel insurance.

Host Cancellation 

In the unlikely event we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be issued.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid.
